TASHEEKIA HARRIS
FOUNDER
Tasheekia Harris is a native of Jacksonville, Florida, and currently resides in Fort Myers, Florida. Raised with humble beginnings and overcoming many personal challenges, her journey has strengthened her faith and fueled her passion for empowering others to rise above adversity and walk confidently in purpose.
Tasheekia attended Florida A&M University in Tallahassee and later pursued opportunities in the modeling and beauty industry, traveling throughout the United States for photo shoots and competitions. She was featured in several national and local hairstyle magazines and later served as a modeling and makeup instructor for organizations including Barbizon Modeling School, Sears Models Club, and The Studio on the Gulf.
With more than 20 years of experience facilitating youth and women’s empowerment initiatives, Tasheekia has dedicated her life to strengthening self-esteem, self-image, leadership, and social development. She is the founder of Crowning Daughters for Success, an enrichment and mentoring program that has impacted girls and families throughout Southwest Florida. Her programs have been implemented in Lee County Public Schools, the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, Out-of-School-Time Initiative programs, and various youth-serving organizations.
Tasheekia has been featured on television programs, in magazines, and recognized with multiple awards for her dedication to youth development and community impact. She is also a recurring guest on Lee Pitts Live, where she shares empowering messages with girls and women through meaningful conversations and community engagement. Her “Girl Talk” segment addresses relevant topics that inspire confidence, awareness, growth, and positive decision-making.
As an ordained minister and transformational speaker, Tasheekia continues to use multiple platforms to educate, inspire, and empower individuals to become the best version of themselves. Through speaking engagements, mentorship, workshops, and coaching, she remains committed to changing lives and creating lasting impact.
She is currently leading a statewide Girl Power Empowerment Campaign for middle and high school girls focused on self-discovery, growth mindset, healthy relationships, confidence-building, and productive life choices. Tasheekia believes every girl deserves the opportunity to thrive by embracing strong values, positive character, and purpose-driven leadership.
